Hi guys,

I’ve been asked to clean under this scissor lift. From the pictures it looks to be predominantly oil residue mixed with general grime.

Any ideas what product/products would be best to use to brake it down and easier to clean?

A solvent degreaser, hand brush and towels would be my approach.  Can’t think of a specific product but if it was mine I would be using wd40

Sweep, Scrape and clean any loose crud then use FILA  PS87  with a small mono rotary machine fitted with a medium poly prop brush, extract with a wet vac, rinse and extract again.  You will also need to use hand deck and narrow grout brushes as well to get in all the nooks and crannies Job Done!!
Incidentally it’s a pig of a job and a lot of work for a small area so Charge proper money for it!!!  You can guarantee they have had a few slips, trips and falls and that’s why they HAVE TO GET IT DONE.
