I really like the reach & wash system logo and would like to have the graphic on my van. What about copyright? Are you allowed to use the logo on your van?

Or does anyone know a good graphic I could use to advertise wfp?

Ive seen local guys using it without an Ionics system in the van, dunno if they should be doing that

This is one of those situations where you would be better off asking Ionics first.

If you want to get into legalities about using the logo then they have to produce a certificate of copyright dating when it was registered.

If this is all a bit to much hassle I would adapt thier logo slightly to suit you and then use it. Make sure you adapt it enough to make a variable difference, then register it under copyright and its yours!!

you can only use the ionics logo if you use ionics products,a company were i lived had there van sign written with the ionics logo and were told by ionics to remove the logo or they would take legal action against them as they did not use ionics products,regards robert

didnt some1 post that the "logo" was free to use, the guy who designed it made it open for every1 to use

from what was posted a while back it was just the words "reach and wash" that was the copyrighted

i am sure some1 will contact ionics about this thread

there logo was sent out to quite a few business to use, it gave ionic more free advertising so i was told

but they use the copywright law as it suits
