TFR or similar with cold easy with hot water little scrubbing needed at all.

Screwfix do a no nonsense degreaser which is really good

Don't use hypo unless you have to. Any degreaser, theres no special way to get it off.

Why not ? It kills bacteria , algi spores and freshens the surface provided you use a weak mix it’s fine ,especially on older greying UPVC , de greasers Virosol, ubick etc will also work but hypo will remove stuff that they won’t .
