First time setting up a van mounted system
« on: September 26, 2020, 08:33:24 pm »
hi guys.  I'm sorting a water tank,  100psi shurflow pump along with a viper flow controller and remote control,  and have bought myself a hose reel with 100m of 8mm mini bore hose.   Pretty sure my pole hose is maybe 6mm microbore?

My main questions are do I need to replace the hose bore to an 8mm to match the reel  or would the difference in pressures be ok?

I don't use any ro system or anything by the way,  I fill up from spotless water station...

Thx

 :) You mean flow.

Most reel hose is either minibore or microbore. Most pole hole is 5mm ID.

We use one of these into the end of the pole hose

and one of these in our minibore hose from the reel;
