My best paying work is in the smaller properties; small blocks of flats, front onlys, easy 2 or 3 bed semis (no connys), nice and compact. I can easily hit a nice hourly rate on those.
My mate is earning better money on gutter clearing and cleaning and is thinking of renting his round out and focusing just on that side of the business.
I think there is good money to be made, but you have to have the balls to sell your services properly for a premium price, but then you do have to do a bloody good job to back it up.
