Depends, if they are a twat, let them have it.

I had a customer i just decided to dump without telling her why. But then she kept messaging me asking when i was coming back and then when i didnt reply she threw the teddy out and started  posting made up rubbish on my facebook page.

So in the end i just gave her the truth  :)

I’ll deal with any complaints but if it becomes regular and/or unjustified I just tell them that I think it would be best if they find another cleaner.

Can’t please everyone. I gave up trying to.

Let them crack on.

Same with ballache jobs. Just tell them why & the truth otherwise they’re none the wiser.

Just had a new 1 done it twice had to send texts to remind them to pay £70  for each clean 4-5 times on both occasions, next time i see her I’ll sort it or I won’t bother joining her in again I have very few like that nowadays and I won’t tolerate it anymore you don’t fill up with fuel and say I’ll pay when I feel like it.

That’s the trouble when they have an Android phone they can read your WhatsApp messages yet it still says unread.

She probably thinks £70 is too steep 😛
We look at them, they look through them.
