And no, I’ve not booked a holiday abroad.
We look at them, they look through them.

Nah, I'll probably grab a few days in a caravan somewhere in sept/Oct.

Cancelled the only holiday we had booked to Italy it July.

It's been an odd year, everyone out of work  and I've had no time off at all apart from the off Friday.

Really fancy a break though, hopefully in a few weeks, I've just taken on an employee so might be able to free up some time if all goes well.

Its a shame but booking a holiday abroad this year is a bit like Russian roulette. It could get cancelled, you might have to isolate for a fortnight on getting back. Im just not that concerned about getting away with so many possible outcomes.

I like to look forward to going away KNOWING I'm going away....

Been to Cyprus in October for the last 5years, but giving it a miss this year. Next year it’s Turkey in July which was moved from July this year.

Have just returned from 3 weeks in Corfu. A much needed chill out after the madness of 2020 so far.

Have booked an nice cottage in Cornwall for October half term.

Just booked a week in Lisbon for 12th September, need to get away. Hopefully Portugal can stay clear of the quarantine list.

Looking at Cyprus too. Wanted to go for our anni still might. Flights to paphos  only £50 or so,might be worth the gamble 👍

I was booked for going to Mexico on 27th of December for two weeks. Cancelled it, lost the money for the flights.

Going to Dundee this weekend though, so swings and roundabouts.

Back from the Isle of Wight a couple of weeks ago. Weather was brilliant, we had a great time.

Got a trip to the Lakes booked for November, my days of travelling abroad are curtailed, certainly for the time being, but theres some good times to be had playing crazy golf in Shanklin.

No holidays planned. I really can't be arsed with it. Even so called safe destinations can change at a moments notice imo especially as everybody is now flocking to them. Normally I go with mates on a snowboard holiday mid January/early February. Not even making an early booking for that just now.

Way I see it, if you're really desperate for a week in the sun abroad, you'd better at least be prepared for a  2 week quarantine on your return.
( not that it means f all anyway, hardly going to be under house arrest with a tag ).
