As a regular customer I would say somewhere between £130 and £150

Originally thought £180 - £200

Then started thinking is that too much 🤔

Always the same with the big house brigade
They get cheap in comparison to 3 bed semi

Same with windows charge £40 on this takes just over an hour comfortable pace
It’s monthly and I’m happy

If you charge too much windows they want every other month instead
Which I know can work out well too

But 3 bed semi £15 upwards

no probs - its just a sliding scale - remember that big or small you have go load and unload the equipment - travel to/from - these are the majority of cost as a bigger house will on average take an extra 25% longer than a small semi

Ha ha the pricing posts on here definitely get people going. Id be much the same as your price bout €160/175

Ime very confident we would do that gutter vac in 45 muinits even if the down pipes were blocked , we don’t just do one job though we go out and do a full days gutter work so would have at least another 4-8 jobs booked in for  the same day some would be bigger some smaller then at the end if the day clean everything out and it’s a very good earner for an easy day .
