Had my worst day ever
Just about made £100
 ???

I have these types of days from time to time either because of weather or mopping up scraps.

Its funny because just 5 years ago when i started £100 a day was a dream, 500 a week! rolling in dough  :D now £100 in a day feels like poverty lol how perception changes.

we all have days like these......never ever be unhappy about it.......its better than not going out at all and earning nothing..... ;)

Not necessarily. When you have kids/family at home, hobbies,  things to do etc. Have plenty of money in the bank already, work coming out your ears... then working in crap weather for 100 quid is far from the best way to spend your day. It all depends how you value your time, priorities etc. For me, on days where there's a reasonable chance of having the kind of outcome described above, I have far more valuable ways in which to spend it.👍

The thing is I've  time for hobbies etc every day of the week even when working....if I earn £100  I've still got 22 hours left in the day for hobbies/chill time/sleep...

I’ve rearranged things for tomorrow, I’ll do internals on a couple of schools which were actually booked in for next week. Weathers looking pretty grim tomorrow alllllll day.

I would copy and paste this response for most of NWHs posts to be honest.
Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?

I took Daz’s advice. I’ve been stood outside for an hour and fifty five minutes now. Doesn’t work, going back inside now and getting dry pyjamas.

Day off, take van for m.o.t instead.

Trying to catch up is just pointless, I give in.

Get two pairs of Gore Tex pyjamas. When one pair gets too wet, dry them on the heated seats and put the other pair on.

The great Dazmondo defeated by a little wind and rain eh :D

I would of thought it would of been no problem for you, gortex jacket and a flask of tea like?

The rain cleared up here by 10 and have had some nice sunny intervals, windy but workable.

;D ;D

I'm glad i was doing insides today...

I have to say though that with all the rain and wind we had this morning the outside windows still looked good that I cleaned yesterday, even the customer couldn't believe how clean they were still.
