You’ll get the same sort of answer that you give when someone  phones up and asks “ “how much do you charge for window cleaning”

£400 for what? We need details/sizes /pictures otherwise it’s just a figure plucked out of the air. Shall we use our imaginations and pretend we know what your cleaning for £400???

I hate to say it...but as your question has no real meaning at all, I am guessing you have misjudged your situation and drastically under quoted. Good luck!

I’ve done a lot of builders cleans
We charged for a 5 bed detached £ 230  for both cleans but very hard work would never do them again
To much grief.

We don’t do builders cleans any longer. Too many problems and complaints resulting from them.

I guess if you are happy to go up ladders and trad, and you are happy to charge appropriately for it, you can make some money from them.

Not one for us though. We aren’t setup for them and they are a distraction away from regular cleans

I was once almost done on a Wetherspoons builders. Clean.
So much hassle that i downed tools and walked away from what I'd earned.
It felt great on the last one i ever did

I used to do loads, was very good money but hard and stressful work. I don’t do any these days and am glad for it too.

Plenty of easier work out there. Leave it to some other mug. We’ve all been there and done a builders clean and said never again!

Any experienced shiner will tell you to not bother.
We look at them, they look through them.
