Hi guys
Asked this question before I’m sure but is there a decent van panel paint out there that will look half decent? It’s only the sides and back I have ply lined. Don’t expect it to look as good as a £1000 speedliner job but just to freshen up the wood. Ps I’ve heard Protectakote is more for the floor than panels.

floor paint is tough and cheap. Or a waterproof gloss/satin if you want to go the extra mile.

I seem to remember someone once recommending top coat as used with fiberglass applications.

I fibreglassed the foor of my Renault Traffic long wheel base then the top coated  grey resin mixed paint you can buy this from Roofing retailers. Don't do the job in the rain . As it will not stick if the resin is wet cost me around £350 for materials. Oh and buy a pack of washing up glove to protect your hands

It's virtually indestructible and creates a nice, level and even finish.

It would, yes. It'll stick to just about anything as long as it clean and keyed.

I would recommend raptor liner

I painted my old van floor, and all the ply lining and shelves in it.







So good infact i painted an entire car with it (this was my off road/fishing machine )



For the van i used a roller, for the car i used a compressor. I would just use a roller tbh for the van.
