Because he is bored, got nothing else to do even work and I'm afraid also resorts to racist comments...

Serious question. Is there a way to mute individual posters on these forums?

All the incoherent drivel being posted by certain members is making the forum unusable.

Have a few days off. Banned for constant unhelpful antagonistic  posting and a reported racist post which has been removed.
It's a game of three halves!

I do  a rugby club which is surrounded by trees  just like the building in the pic. its done every 2 months and on one side nearest the trees it gets absolutely minging.
I havnt done the windows since feb because of covid , tho I am resuming in august... it is going to take me twice as long just like a first clean.
as for the care home ..... where I live I think  £150 would be about right.
because of the trees and cars , I would set aside 3 HOURS.     I would probably do it on a sunday morning when its quiter.
I also only take on these types of jobs if I get paid on completion.

of course different parts of the country would command a better price ....

So I think what we are all actually saying is:

Price it but don't price.

price it to get the job but also price it not to get the job.

If you get the job do the job but don't do the job.

price it cheap to get the job, and price it dear to get the job.

Don't price for the job but price for the job.

we should all be politicians.

When I went WFP I vowed to not drop drastically price wise  from laddering jobs,do it off a ladder then you’ll get a more realistic price in your head because that’s not far off what it should be worth.
People will say yeah but it can be done in a fraction of the time now which is true and that’s the reason why bigger firms undercut these jobs and clean them for the price of 2 houses in a good area 😂.

I still think in terms of how long it would take off a ladder and I have been wfp for over 15 years now.
