I have just moved my ro to a different place plugged it in and with no pump it was clear waste but with pump on the waste was a slightly milky white the pure was  pure and clear   
It's a 40 40 pumped  membrane 3 years old I have filled a 1000ltre tank it's pure and clear but the waste wa not I switched it off left it for 2 hours and now  it's fine    is this a sign for membrane broke  I was 50   without the di and pump for a whole then I switched pump on and it went to 7 then I put it through di and ran 1000 litres fine  now but why slightly milky waste water

Most likely some residue that got unsettled in the move or trapped air that's been pessurised in the system

If it's settled down just monitor it over the next week or so
