Hi Robert,  Have been asked to give a quote for a large cleaning contract, am just starting to compile it, but I to need a hand book for employees, any chance you could be as kind as to send me yours (I bet you are fed up of everybody asking) I thank you very much in advance, I too will also change the wording to suit my contract.
