Excel to CleanerPlanner
« on: June 11, 2020, 11:47:31 am »
Just sign up with CleanerPlanner free trial  and couldn’t be more impressed after putting in ten  or so jobs in last night and having a mess about it’s links to text local and Gocardless. So going to convert over as I use a simple excel sheet with my whole round with just address, postcode, phone numbers, price ,F/FB and email(for Gocardless customers only. I now have the process of putting my whole round over one by one manually. Has any done this or is there any easier method like linking the excel to cleaner planner some how ? Any help or tips would be great

Thanks Dean

I’m actually sticking with excel for now , I can’t see any benefits for me personally of using software. Il use anything in my job that makes my life easier regardless of cost , from light poles to electric reel. But I’m pretty good with excel and I can just see me having to input my jobs into a fancy software program instead of excel, so no benefit unless I’m wrong ?

I’m looking to employ over the next year and thought  it will help with  admin/organisation and after a night with inputting jobs and seeing what it can do It looks like it will with  both ,  but is going to take me hours if iv got to put them all in manually. Ive emailed them to see how they can export the info from excel to CleanerPlanner in one hit but no response from them yet

Thanks Dean
