Pure Freedom do that too. I leave heated systems for the one man bands though. No way they can be justified when you're running a proper business.  ;D

Running a proper business having 5-10 blokes and ending up at the end of the day with probably less than double to yourself at the end of the month than me any others like me  🤣🤣,yeah but I run a proper business what happens if I can’t work blah blah blah lol. You feel good you think you run a “proper” business,m8 at the end of the day it’s what you’ve got in you’re pocket that counts you can have all the vans and blokes and all the S**T that goes with that it means  nout only to your ego 🤣🤣.
Spoke to a bloke the other day do you know I sold 2 million quids worth of stock I had to get out the way of his chest lol,a friend of his came up to me and said yeah once in a blue moon that and his margin is 0.5% 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 another shuttlecock 🏸 cash is king 👍
This job on the whole is one of the worst for getting reliable people pay high pay low it means nothing, people view it as a hobbie that pays for a weekends drinking Tuesday Wednesday Thursday that’ll do me see ya Tuesday 🤣🤣🤣.

He leaves the heated systems to the 1-2 man bands coz he knows it’s a S**T load more money to kit all vans out with em when his profits are tight anyway lol, these days there’s more to employing than 5-10 years ago.
I can honesty say pay me 200k pre tax to employe 5-10 blokes and you could keep it and that’s the gods honest,I wouldn’t want all that S**T I’ll do what I’m doing thanks for now lol 🤣🤣.

Yeah easy prey more like you are talking S***E 😂,makes me laugh so called big boys multiple vans blah blah it’s how much each one takes that’s the proof in the pudding.
I could divvy my round up into 2-3 next week and say I’ve got 3 vans out because of the value of each job it means nothing it’s how much you take 1 man 2 man 10 men it’s all irrelevant, like I say give me 200k a year pre tax to look after 5-10 vans and I’ll turn you down 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Have a bloke out working for on his own pay for his van-equipment-petrol-wages-insurance-holiday-sick-water and that’s not everything,X that by 1-10 😂. I’ve just worked that puzzle out and it spelt ball ache-hassle-waste of time grey hair 10’years earlier than its due,and you know what happened after all that the bloke decided that he’d go back to working on his own or have 1 bloke with him or just the 1 out on his own so he could get his sanity back 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Lol you show me a man with multiple vans out on the road that tells you he has a stress free existence and I’ll show you a liar, people shouldn’t knock 1 man bands or 2 man bands if they delved a little deeper they may find they are better off than Charlie big balls with a fleet of vans.
20% margin on a million pound I work that out at 200,000 Vat and 40% Tax what’s that 90 odd grand in your pocket 🤣🤣🤣 do me a favour I’ll stick to my diesel heater and rich Mrs 🤣🤣🤣👌

It is stressful, but one man on his own can be stressful too.

The point is that I can retire and have a business providing a nice income.

I think it's where do you want your stress.

I've had 1 man out in his own van and I've worked 2 man and of course solo.

All of them can be stressfull, I hated having a guy out in his own, he never hit target and all the extra work and admin on top of being out myself all day was too much hassle.

2 in a van was easier but then you are still stuck with someone all day, awkward when you need a dump. Not just that but it's not efficient at times and of course they would ring in sick and leave you trying to do 40 jobs on your own.

Being solo is cool, for about 3 days a week. Problem with solo is it gets boring and knackering when you are busting a gut 5 days a week. It's not sustainable to work flat out all the time an inevitably you slack off.

I don't particularly like any way of working, it's all work at the end of the day.

Makes me laugh Dave I’ve got 5-10 vans out on the road lol load of toilet m8 it means nout,1 person with Elmlea cream work could carve up their round and make it into work that they could easily put 2 blokes out on money wise.
Sit down and work out what you end up with if you’ve got 8-10 staff out cleaning windows and admin staff incl I reckon a lot would be surprised and that’s why it’s not happening all over the place, some have got multiple vans it means as I say nothing they are a big businessman in there heads if I was to class myself as a big businessman or a Charlie big balls I’d want to reaping more than 100-150k a year, they shouldn’t look down at the smaller operation when you look at the Net numbers and I have done 5-10 verses 2-3 is not worth the huge extra stress.

Don’t yank my chain then lol  when it comes to window cleaning and numbers I’m no fool, multiple vans or not I know what can be done and what can’t be and because someone says you don’t run a business there’s only a couple of you means nothing.
I’ve got 4/5 vans m8 I’m Mr window cleaning heard it all before seen em years later scaled back down to just a few of em and 2 of them are in 1 van 🤣,don’t believe the hype.

This is quite funny😂    You yourself on many occasions have tried to be the Billy big time, I earn this and I earn that, I won’t clean this and I won’t clean that, I clean this big house and that big house etc etc. Well it seems that you get your knickers in a bit of a twist when an even bigger Billy big time comes along😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣

its not about your turnover, or your amount of staff, or customers, or vans.

all you need to ask is does YOUR business provide you with the income YOU need and the lifestyle YOU want.

the answer for this is different for all of us. so the ideal business is different for all of us.

no point in having 8 vans and small profit, when you could have 1 van and similar profit.

the trick is to grow your business for the right size for you. this won't be the same for everyone
