£1000 a week is a huge budget for adverting for the average window cleaner. And we all know it takes time to class a customer as regular. Im not saying it doesn't work for you, but just £1000 is a high number week after week.

It dosnt have to be £1k, but since my brother is overlooking and managing account full time - it just make sense. How much guys spend on leaflets here ? 10K leaflets print + delivery will cost around £1k solo delivery.

Could try with smaller budget - he started my one with £50 a day

So total booked 40 regular jobs in last 10 days and cost me half the price per job what leaflets would have cost.

Not too much pressure ?!
I was boasting about his great work and now it's being put to the test. If he doesn't do a good job I personally kick his ass for ruining my name  ;D

I hope it goes well ! I am eager to see results myself ! :)

For time being he will not take anyone else for few weeks so that he can focus on Birdy account. Anyone interested can still contact, but potentially he can only start in few weeks.

So....

To date we're spending a fraction of what we're spending on leaflets. Last week cost £25 per customer and we picked up 14. I think this week we refined things and got in place a bit of pre-qualifying by instantly sending prices to those interested and we're at 13 customers to date this week. I've not monitored the costs but I'm pretty sure we've only spent £80 so far.

So far, so good.

Not sure how effective Facebook Ads are for lead generation, as my experience is purely based on search generated leads from Google Ads, but I would argue leads from Google are higher quality, because they are actively searching for the service, rather than stumbling upon an ad as on Facebook.

I'm happy to run a test campaign for a window cleaner, who would be interested generating extra leads, and I won't charge anything for doing this, as long as you are willing to cover the ad cost.

And we won't go for any crazy amounts, like £1000/week, which sounds a bit unrealistic to me for window cleaning, unless you are advertising nationwide in the UK.
