Just measured my tap TDS and it’s coming out at 500 anyone else filtering water from tap at those levels??

Hartlepool and area draw their water from bore holes and have similar tds levels.

Someone also said that one of the estates has a Walker Crisp factory. They require soft water in the process of what ever they do in that factory.  It has been hinted that the council filter water going to that industrial estate and return the waste water to the water supply.

I would imagine that window cleaners processing water would need to 'soften' it before r/o.

yep mine can be between 500-600

Mines 022tds straight out of the tap....so DI only for me...

I think your gonna need a really good RO system with all the filters at such a high tds.....

I bet the inside of your kettle is rotten!
price higher/work harder!
