if your soft washing you don't really want/need a pressure washer

most soft washing can be done using  back pack
if your doing large areas then almost any petrol powered p/w will do - its th correct fittings for mixing you need such as an x-jet

Better off starting out with a backpack sprayer, then moving to a softwash machine if things pick up for you in that area.

thats because "softwashing" is not the golden goose some make it out to be - black spot in particular requires pressure washing with chemical treatment - many drives and patios are dirty - soft washing will not clean them - its a bigger and more diverse area than windows

if you are serious regarding pressure washing you require something like a 21 litre per min machine @ 3000 PSI +

Honda gx390 with ws202 pump is a bullet proof set up  - I used these for years but lonchin power seems to be just as good for almost half the price

you will also need a buffer tank  to feed these machines

What darran said 👍👍

Soft washing is absolutely great to get into and especially if you already use wfpoles.  As far as im aware, I was the only window cleaner/external cleaner in my areas. (As I can not find another cleaner to take some jobs for themselfs and all the chaps who I have asked have all said the same. They are only aware of me doing so)
As far as soft washing render etc is concerned.
As regards to pressure washing, unless you can afford the bigger more powerful & hot/steam machines then the machines that Darren has mentioned will do the trick, followed by a soft wash and then a final rinse will get the job done.

Ben will sort you out at Rutland pumps.

I’ve got a 3000psi 21lpm machine for pressure washing.

Also one of his petrol softwash machines, with the roller pump.
