Employee pay rates

I'm about to employ again after five years. Just wondering what you guys who employ currently pay your guys? Ones who help and ones who drive and do the job unsupervised?
Cheers.

It needs to be incentivised whatever it is in this job just paying a flat rate with no chance of a bonus or any sort and you’ll be on a hiding to nothing, you’ve got to give someone a reason to get of bed not only for them but for you also.

Newbie or non driver is minimum wage
From there wages rage from 9.50 to 15.00 depending on experience and capability
3 monthly bonus between 300 and 500 if they meet the criteria of non sickness - hit the rate required - no more than 2 complaints

I give them a fun job, that they enjoy and have a laugh, while getting it done properly.
Then we pay them £85 to £100 /day.

There will be a crunch point with min wage increasing - which would mean any new employee's would have to be self employed until trained up

They are clamping down on the way people employ like being self employed but in reality they are employed. Also the way some people work for them but they use a separate company that do the Nat Ins and Tax for them which make them look independent or self employed, all getting clamped down on.
