The absolute best thing you can do is to go to a sports injury guy. I’ve had a couple of issues including dizziness. Deep tissue release may well fix it with exercises to maintain things. Probably 2/3 sessions £120 or so.

What happens if you need to look straight ahead when wearing them- do you have to point your head down at your feet?
I find, because they are slim you can see straight ahead as normal and check your surroundings. After all mountain climbers need to see where they are planting there feet and hands whilst spotting those above.

They don't look cool though ... but neither does a cricked neck haha

Incidentally, what hose reel setup do you have.

I used to suffer with neck/shoulder pain constantly that I used to have a monthly back, neck and shoulder massage. The knots sometimes  felt like golf ball size inbetween my shoulder blades and would really click.

I bought an electric reel in October last year, the pain went within 2 weeks, still have regular massages but doesn't hurt so bad during and can last lot longer inbetween massage intervals. Write massage off against tax too.

I've also been using Oakley polarizerd sunglasses for years now

I’ve had an electric reel for a few years and it helped my elbow (I’m falling apart) no end. Would struggle going back to a manual reel.
Deep tissue massage def helps I agree.

Well I used my new ones today (Clip on to existing specs) for some 4 storey work and some roof lights.

They are superb. They "fill" about one third of the glasses lens and as you say you can see "round them". Also they can be flicked up if you need to go back to normal view for a while.

I wish I had got them years ago. I was truly thinking of dropping my high level work but they work great.
It's a game of three halves!

That's great news. Looks like you got used to them quicker than I did. Same as you I was thinking of quiting this commercial
job because of the constant strain - now i kinda enjoy it.

I couldn't get away with them felt too out of control. For neck pain ladt year I saw an osteopath, about 5 weekly sessions saw me sorted, exercises from physios did bugger all, but osteopath was brilliant.
