So how much roughly to have this cleaned, and what would be the best method?

A tower scaffold hired. A low pressure clean using fan jet to remove bulk of surface dirt. A couple of coverings of a strong hypo mix after pressure cleaning as removed all it can. You will need to get a cost for tower. A decent estimate of how much hypo is needed (assuming you have the equipment to apply it) a source for purchasing the hypo if your not familiar with using it.

Allow plenty of time for clearing up all mess and leaving the garden as you found it. carefully assess the roof for any existing damage and share your findings with customer. Check your insurance. And if it was myself ask the customer if they'd like a test sample clean to the roof on a back or side elevation as it'll give the customer an idea of the overall look to the newly cleaned roof and give you the opportunity to work out how quickly it cleans up and walk away before you commit yourself.

I'm sure I've missed out loads of vital info but hopefully it's a start.

It doesn’t look that dirty to me , why do they want it Cleaning to remove licken moss or what ?? It’s two different types of roof tiles , you aren't going to pressure wash that roof without getting on it unless you use a cherry picker , depending what needs cleaning off I would soft wash it , price wise difficult tk say without seeing the back but £1000-16000 aprox

I'd be looking to take that on by myself. Prompt start, one day.

You scrape it then treat with Hypo it, you wouldn't necessarily need to pressure wash that, there doesn't look like a huge amount of trash on it.

Don't forget there's clearing up behind you, use tarpaulins.
