We all know that prices flutuate on here from region to region and so one mans earnings per dsy may greatly differ from the next.
However, after speaking to a chap who has bought the vast majority of mine, I was amazed. We were talking prices and obviously he has my prices and so he knows im not talking poop. Work he has bought in the same areas where he has no expanded due to my work vary greatly. In the same village and the same style of house, their old prices (i say old as im sure it wont be long b4 he adjusts them) were between £4 & £8. Mine are £15 upwards.
So its not always about being lazy but hitting the sweet spot as far as pricing and quality of service is concerned.
For me, the work I have left for myself consists of 14 houses and a nice steady drive between the two sections. Easily done within a day and thats going steady and trad. This will fetch just over 200 and this is Doncaster. (Adwick and stainforth, x mining communities as well). This is just a small section that I saved. So obviously if working full days and as i was without a change of circumstances then it isnt hard to push well over 200 a day for one person.
However, its not a simple case of saying it can easily be done is it. Individual house prices, how saturated the area is can also inpact upon said price and the work ethic of the individual and their purpose for working. Additional aspects will also impact their net profits as well
