Everyone should keep in mind that when someone quotes prices they should stop and think what area are they in,prices vary massively throughout the country.By the same token then you should stop saying those cleaning £12-£20 houses are scraping the barrel. The bulk of my domestic work is houses around the £15 - £40 mark which is mostly stand alone stuff. Up here if you’re averaging around the £200 a day mark on domestics you can and will live very comfortably. Add to that some very well priced commercial and you are flying. What kind of personal overheads are people paying down there these days? House prices, rents etc?

i might only work 5 hours on the glass a day but i work hard in that 5 hours, most of my work is very condensed so i can just burn through it at a fairly fast pace......then another hour a day purifying water, charging batteries, printing slips/invoices and admin.......30 hours a week is enough for me.

North Essex deegee, but south Essex you’re looking at more again, perhaps £290-310,000 for a 2 bed. Over half a million easy for 4 beds.My wife’s parents have bought a few buy to let properties up north, just because it’s so much cheaper. I think that’s dirty Leeds way though, not Manchester.I reckon if I lived Yorkshire way, with the wife’s full time wage as well, we’d be in a 4-5 bed house.

I could work a lot longer hours, but like you, I’ve found the sweet spot for now. I average 4 days a week though. I’m now more bothered about getting quality well paying work than anything else. You earn an impressive wage for up there mate, especially at 5 hours a day.I would assume yourself and Danny are two of the higher earners compared with the average up there, Sole trader wise.
Cant wait for this lock down to end so i can fire up the lambo or Ferrari and travel to my second home in sandbanks ,i will have a few weeks of with my grant should cover my fuel at least 😇😇😇😇😇
