The new Gardiner's Universal sill brush flocked has been an absolute game changer for me for maintenence cleans. If first cleans go for the stiff

Cill brushes are designed for Windys who don’t know how to clean windows.

What's the best coloured cill brush? Red?
Or when doing a cill a black will do?

I use the xtreme stiff sill brushes for some work.....their great as I use a carbon gooseneck too so great for cleaning down the side of tight conservatories and sills,etc....the brush is always at the right angle.......

I started using the universal red (stiff)
Great brush both for durability and ensuring a good sill clean.
Yes you can clean sills to a degree with non sill brush but why not progress and improve on this.
It cost a little more but then it has the side bristles to both clean and protect though it perhaps falls short form other manufacturers in not having a rubber strip at the top, but that’s my preference.
