Let’s have some constructive honest opinions not just a sly post of a pathetic put down just because you may not like me,regardless of what business you are in you need to use some sense.
KS says go for it Lal 🤣🤣🤣 good luck m8 with that 300 notes for that,if I was the husband of the house I’d beat you off my property if my Mrs had just handed you 300 notes for that lol.
If someone pays you 300 for that they are soppier than a sack m8 🤣🤣🤣.

Lal not 300 quid pal I’ll be honest with you I do clean them but I’d rather bang out houses at the rate I do and at the price I do,charging 300 for jobs like that on an existing property you already do will set alarm bells ringing with them.
Like I say it’s an hours work that for an experienced hot water fed poler,it’s all about perception it’s a psychological game with customers,I could charge a 150 notes for a house that takes not a lot of time but let’s look at it like this yeah, stand back and look at the house it’s a big house it warrants a good price.
I could charge 150 for the house yeah then say I want 300 to do that roof,I could be away and onto the next job in 2.5 hours how does that look.
I do a lot of wealthy customers but regardless of that it would take the pee,I would much rather clean there house for a very good price and do something like that for not a lot of extra money,I’d prefer to clean it off every year or so for not a lot and keep them happy paying me 150 a clean for an hour cleaning there windows.
I find using your head every now and again keeps you work, people ain’t stupid you start taking the pee they’ll pack you off quicker than you can say stay at home protect the NHS save lives 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hi NWH,   you are sliding away from the question that was asked by the poster (How much you charging for this conservatory? )
not the House, the Conservatory, you are assuming he already does this property, we don't know that,  Ive cleaned a lot of
Cons over the years, ive made a lot of mistakes with pricing over the years, some are straight forward & easy to do, but a lot
of them are not straight forward & easy to do, especially if they have been neglected and not cleaned for years, so there for
they have to be priced accordingly, ive been using Hot water for over 2 years now,  so even with chemicals and hot water i find some of these Cons still time consuming and a PITA to do.

I couldn’t care whether he does the house or not that’s never a £300 clean m8 one off one in one out,if I cleaned that for 300 they’d be saying look at that bloke that’s just cleaned our roofs he’s running 🤣🤣🤣🤣 🏃‍♂️

No point in stinging em once and losing the regular house clean it happens all the time, that 300 won’t seem much once you’ve lost the 6 weekly clean.

i would turn the job down myself.......the only way i would do this job would be if next door(on the right)had a solid flat roof(they dont)and would allow me stand on it and clean the glass thats sloping towards the house from it.....

id want £150....its a 2 hour job and would use approx 200L of hot water...

nigel is talking out of his arse.....he seems to get worse as the years go on........ ::)roll ;D

if you do take the job on you ll regret it.....itll be a pain without access from  a flat roof...you ll have to pole from a ladder at an awkward angle for the glass nearest the house.......leave well alone unless you enjoy aches and pains!

ive cleaned a fair few roofs like this over the years.....
price higher/work harder!

I’d clean that to a spotless Finnish in about an hour, obviously I wouldn’t and don’t charge per hour but that’s an hours work.
If you clean it and you are thinking of charging a lot don’t do it when they are in it you’ll be drinking tea- coffee for ages trying to make it look like it was hard work, piece of pee to clean roofs like that especially with hot water.

absolutely no way would you clean that to a good standard in an hour......remember the finials and the plastic takes time and just the awkwardness of cleaning some of the panels...its defo a 2 hour job from setting up to packing away
price higher/work harder!

That’s not a 300 quid conservatory Lal there’s a valley on the other side you easily get to all of it some from 1 side some from the other, the plastic that separates the panels of glass have to cleaned from both sides which make it a bit more awkward but it ain’t a 300 clean.

So NWH, you would clean that to perfection in an Hour,  How much would you charge for it ?

Yea course he would  ::)roll
Did one exactly like this two weeks ago, even the same number of panels. I also have hot water and 12 years experience.  An hour my arse.

We would be £275 for  the whole of the outside of the conservatory but would do the house windows as well that would be a one off job price , if it was a regular customer we would be £150-175 for the roof only I , the one in the pictures below was £195 and took 2 hours

If you are cleaning that roof inside I wouldn’t say that was cream work, more like back breaking work that’s flipping it all on its head if that’s inside and out on that roof.
Now if you were talking inside and out for that 1st picture that’s a different kettle of cod,the inside of it is where the work is in my mind.

£180 and that’s only if the valley is weight bearing, I do one annually the exact same size and walk down the valley, easy.

If it’s not weight bearing I’d politely decline.

Would love to see NWH clean this to a spotless finish within an hour. What a load of 💩.

He'd be running around like a blue-arsed fly, tripping over his hose, knocking plant pots flying and wondering if 'Bodgit and Scarper' really was the best name for his new window cleaning business.

So would I, I  now realise why his customers are so happy to see him, when he turns up he wears his large curly wig, a large red sponge attached to his nose, baggy trousers and size 38 shoes 🤡
I bet the custy's kid really love him

Why do you say how often do I clean I might only clean a job 4 times a year for 2000,what am I gonna do put the window cleaning job in jeopardy coz I got greedy with a P**S easy clean like that I don’t think so.
Do the odd job for a little it goes a long way to you keeping it you never know it might work,it has for me 😉
