Social housing and subsidised council properties should be only for families and individuals who are struggling, don't you think?

i was at one time........in fact i was a homeless alcoholic....is that struggling enough for you? ;D
Yes at one time but not anymore.

Only when I'm board.
I'm thinking of branching out and taking some in. I must warn those that still get their mums and birds to do theirs that I don't put a crease down the middle of their slacks.

Hmm, I wonder how many this will weed out?

You will be able to claim from 8.00am on 13 May 2020.

Only make a claim if your business has been adversely affected by coronavirus

How else can they afford to extend the grant?

I am eligible  from 15 May
I have worked through although have proof April’s figures were 27% down on April 2019
I will take the grant.
My business may  look very different in 6 months if customers cancel or suspend because of their hardship, I doubt there’ll be any help then

That’s the problem. How far back can you claim for and how far in the future can you claim if at all. I’m thinking they’ll bail you out up to next week and then cut the rope. If you don’t claim and then further down the line lots of people cancel the service then you’re going to be adversely affected with no more help.

How much more help do you want?

Yes, you've had to wait for payment (June) but I think 80% of your profits over 3 months isn't a bad shake - going forward we are all in the same situation as to whether we keep or lose custom but take heart in the fact you still have a biz and work to do.

You can apply for the bounce back loan as well up to 50k  - no payments or interest for a year then fixed at 2.5%

Trouble with Socialism is you run out of other people’s money to spend.
