Business insurance for vehicle
« on: April 20, 2020, 08:49:27 pm »
Im looking to shop around for a good company who offers good deals on buisiness insurance for window cleaners.
I’m currently with one call insurance and paying over 100 a month with business insurance added & I only have a car, it feels a bit expensive.
How much do you pay monthly and what insurance companies have you found to be good while giving a fair price?

I’m with Hastings direct van insurance and pay £360 odd including legal.  My public liability is £165 for 5 million with legal.  But I live in a quite area and parked off street.

I've just insured my Ford Ranger through Gladiator Insurance and it's gone up since last year to  £204

Absolutely no point in asking what others pay for their insurance, there are just too many variables involved. The only true comparison you will get is by giving your specific details to several insurance companies (Aviva, Direct line, etc) and using online comparison sites. As your insurance seems to be quite expensive it may be an idea to add your  spouse ( if you have one ) to the policy as it can sometimes bring the premium down.  On the comparison sites you can also alter the excess amounts which also affect the annual premium.

I have been with More than business insurance now for 3 years , I usually find I am better off changing companies yearly to keep the price down, but my last 2 renewals have been dropped by £30 each time , so I have stayed put  ;D
I'm so lazy I'm getting tired of it !
