not one person has been infected by another person that has no symptoms (but has the virus) according to the experts/stats......this is great news.......

According to the same experts, no one actually knows what the incubation period is and will be different for each individual.
If this ridiculous claim had even a remote drop of substance,  we wouldn't be in the situation that we are!!🙄 You are a danger to yourself and others Daz- If I was unsure before, I certainly am not anymore!!

Crikey Daz😬🥴

I'm just going off what a cambridge virologist said yesterday on the afternoon update......not one case has ever been proved....I'm not just making stuff up...

Im unsure how that could be proven either way Daz.

If someone has no symptoms why would they be tested to conclude whether they have it or not?

1% mortality rate so 99% of us WILL RECOVER if we get covid19.........that puts this virus into perspective.....👍
The self righteous aren't interested in perspective Dazmond.
Isn't that self righteous?
What sort of perspective does a 1% mortality rate give us? What would be the number of deaths?
I might need a drink after this.

Nothing wrong in being scared Griff, its thinking that being scared somehow makes you better than those who aren't which is the self righteous bit, as for perspective, stop wibbling on about numbers and other things you haven't a clue about, fact is unless you have a medical condition that puts you at more risk then the chances of you dying from this virus are almost zero, the same goes for family and friends, harping on like a demented fool wont change that.
You're talking out of your hoop, Dryo.
I know my numbers. The people on here talking about numbers have no idea about numbers.
So, tell me what are the numbers for a mortality rate of 1%? You or Daz have a go.
You know nothing Griff, you're just an idiot harping on like a broken record about things you haven't a clue about, like you I don't know enough or have an interest in numbers so will go with the advice given which is if I get this virus I will need to be very unlucky to get anything more than a few days of discomfort.

I imagine there's loads of ways to spread it without coughing or sneezing. On your hands then on to supermarket trolleys?

Trolleys or touching things gloves are a must when you leave the house, they are also saying that the aerosol effect of sneezing with it being left in the air sometimes for well over a minute is another good one to get it from.
They reported yesterday that different ethnic groups are of a higher %.

I reckon all those doctors and nurses who lost their lives must have had underlying health problems or were over seventy years old.
Wouldn’t think they’d need visors, masks, gloves etc when the risks are so low.
An idiot would reckon that, a sensible type would listen to what the experts are saying which is being exposed to large doses for the virus can increase the risk of getting a more serious infection, even then its only slightly,  so unless you plan to be in a ward full of seriously ill with the virus patents there's no need for the hysterics.
Have you any numbers for 'large doses' and 'a more serious infection'?
What would be a 'large dose' of the virus?
Or is it just large doses of bullshIt that you specialise in?

There's a doctor on the Vine show most mornings who tries to calm the hysterical and stupid of which you are both, when asked the question about young healthy NHS workers dying she explained that the sicker you tend to be the more of the virus is in your system, basically its because your immune system isn't killing it, therefore to be exposed to such a person means you can be exposed to larger doses of the virus, this is one theory on why some healthy NHS workers are dying from the virus, as I keep saying we need to listen to the experts and not Guys like Griff who seems to be taking great pleasure in spreading their idiotic  bile.

That question was also answered yesterday, its more because those ethnic groups tend to be poorer, live together in bigger groups and work in jobs where you're more likely to get infected, like most theories it hasn't been totally ruled out but they reckon its very unlikely that their ethnicity on its own is making any difference.

I'm hysterical but you think I'm spreading idiotic bile?
We've established that you have almost zero chance of dying from the virus, so why don't you leave it to others to discuss the pandemic? You are also unique in that you can work and not touch anything that someone has touched before you or will touch after you.
You're in an enviable position but not everyone else is.
You are safe but others have to work at it.

It’s sad that the forum now seems to allow  personal insults and name calling in every virus related thread.

I’ve had a  weekend away from the forum and internet as a whole, it helps to step away for awhile and I think some on here should probably do the same.

Don't get hung up on numbers NWH, just like with corona many of those flu victims would have died anyway.

Unfortunately deeege there isn't a nice way to tell somebody they're being stupid, childish or hysterical, this is an emotive topic and if that's the height of the rudeness then I don't think you have anything to complain about.

I'm only repeating information about yourself that you have posted on the forum.
I'm stupid, hysterical and childish because of what you post? Ok.
Look, we know the virus won't affect you- you've told us- but It's not my fault that you feel uncomfortable about others talking about the virus.
And you go on about being self righteous, when you're sat there in your Irony tower with almost zero chance of dying.
