We are still open and processing all orders, but with a greatly reduced workforce.

If you could email me or post here your order number then I can check where in the flow of orders yours is.

Sometimes our automated order emails can end up in junk - might be worth checking this

Most days of the week orders are still managing to be fulfilled within the usual 24 hours (1 working day) - however after a weekend this is running at about 48 hours (2 working days)
