An interesting dilema to see what others think I should do, I own a franchise network which covers 90% of Norfolk, All franchisees trade well and continue to grow each month. I am thinking of expanding operations into Cambridge and Suffolk.
The dilema is do I consolidate what I have achieved so far and just concentrate on helping the franchisees achieve quick growth in Norfolk or dso I stretch myself and expand with the risk of alienating the franchises.
Although the franchises are set up to market themselves, I have helped each one personally achieve great sales, between the franchise network we now employ 60 staff.
Any advice from anyone in the same situation, I am reluctant to have to bring in management staff.
