Matt Hancock said in parliament today that if people can still go to work, then they should.   In the daily briefing he went onto talk about the 2 meter rule; he says it's being applied in parliament too.  He's only the health secretary.

Sturgeon gave advice and specifically mentioned window cleaners and gardeners being lone workers and able to carry on, saying it was good for the community.

i got talking to a couple of gardeners today and they were so pleased to see me!(that i was working too!)......we re no threat if we re sensible.........just going about our business.....safely....

She talks specifically about self employed window cleaners who can go about their business safely, and we would encourage them to do so, because it's good for the community.
