My local MP replied to me on fb and said the self employed will be entitled to £73 per week, apply and paid for by DWP. Good luck with the application process to DWP.

I wish I hadn’t bothered filing and paying my self assessment in January now.

Lol, thats a point. My business due to the poor weather and family health has been affected compared to what it should have been.  So might be a small rebate back from tax man this year, all be it very small lol

Is that only if country goes into lockdown or can I claim if customers are all cancelling? my round is small and still building so I could find myself earning barely anything if the majority start cancelling.
If it came to it where I’m barely doing any houses I’d rather stop for a few months until things calm down and claim the £73 a week, it’s not a lot but it’s better than nothing.

I’ve no idea tbh James. Contact your local job centre would be the best bet.
