Roof cleaning, have not got a clue on this what to charge

Hi guys. So i be lost with out the help from you guys. Yes i ask lot about pricing lol

So this is my first roof cleaning the guttering to be clean in/out and then white fascia and the front windows he wants doing.

With the roof he basically just wants all the moss removed from it.

How much would you charge to do all this ?

Assuming the back is the same I would charge £500 to scrape the moss off and apply biocide. Price roof cleaning highest out of your services.

bugger scraping it

pressure wash it - front and back will take about 3 hrs + 1 hr to wash down and sweep up - access machine ( no picture of front garden - so can't specifically say if you could use one ) £900 +vat

I’m doing a roof job today (scraping). It’s the job from hell. Concrete tiles and the moss doesn’t want to let go. Also awkward design to the roof. This one would definitely be a pressure wash job. Hey ho.

How are you planning on getting up to the roof?

If off a ladder and stepping onto the roof, that's an accident waiting to happen. Especially with all that wet moss. You'd be risking your life.

Or are you getting a cherry picker like Smudge?
