It's the New window cleaners that are keeping me from putting my prices up this year they are not pricing jobs right

so have you guys been using this when putting prices up?.....its a real eye opener......I had a customer moan when i put his price up from £16 to £18 today...ive not put them up for 6 YEARS!!inflation calculator says £18.03...but i let him off for the 3p... ......he shut up when i showed him!

I think you let him off £1 - £16 in 2013 (6 years ago) is £18.47 in 2019 (2.4% inflation) but we're in 2020 so another 2.4% (44p) = £18.91 (£19) LOL!I'm sure Cleaner Planner must have a module to increase rates by X% - just increase by inflation (normally around 2.5%) each year
I'm thinking of putting my prices up but surely putting your prices up shouldn't just be to keep pace with inflation.Surely it's about making more profit. So it should be inflation plus X
