Also I've noticed it looks like you have to go through the front of the house to access the backs(unless theres a back gate?).....it also would be tricky to clean the right hand side of the roof unless you could pole it from next door and then you d have to do it from a ladder.....

Yep Id refuse it for sure...

That’s why we would’ be £300-400  it’s not a straightforward job , but I agree if access is only through the property then I would walk away

It’s a crappy job who would volunteer for it I wouldn’t want it for 3-400 quid,horrible jobs flys crap everywhere no thanks.
