We would be around £300-400 ,and yes we do a lot at that price , not all will pay it but ones that appreciate high standards will , if they question the price tell them to get a quote off Thomas Sanderson and you will do it for half there price . The cheapest I have Hurd of them doing a job is £1000

£70? Ed, you need to seriously up your prices. I would charge £200 minimum. Don't rush the job. I think this is where some people get it wrong and do it as quick as they can to keep the price low.
Do a proper job and charge accordingly.

Recently you have asked for pricing advice on various properties. Did you end up cleaning them?  If yes, use these jobs as a price guide. Were you happy with what you earned? Were the customers happy?
The answer to your question will be in there somewhere.

Ed. I don't know what your company is called or how you market it but I would suggest not being just a window cleaner. There is nothing wrong in being a window cleaner, I am one too but your customers will have a certain expectation regarding your rates.
Move to being something like "an external cleaning specialist" and windows are just one thing you do. Otherwise, as you grow and maybe do more things like pressure washing/softwashing/roof cleaning etc etc, your mentality will still be in window cleaning prices when it comes to charges.
Customer want you to clean their conservatory because either they can't do it themselves or know its hard work and want "to get a man in". Don't be a busy fool.

Tom this is a really good point thanks. I think this is my big problem im still stuck in the window cleaning mind set.

Like i have been getting big jobs and i did one the other week and i was like im gonna charge more and i got it. Was £200 and took me 3 hours work.

I was obviously happy with that for me anyway lol

Just need to stick to me guns more i think and be more brave with pricing lol

I don't do the insides of conservatory roofs. They are a nightmare.

Thomas Sanderson would be £1000 so we are cheap in comparison, we do do everything including all around the window and door openings ,when it’s done looks like new I think that’s good value for  money ,

This is not the inside of the conservatory just the outside of the conservatory so full conservatory clean and the clean the gutters in/out on the conservatory aswell.

Ime a bit confused??? Clean the outside of conservatory only ,empty gutters and clean the gutters inside and out is that what you are saying ? No cleaning of the plastic or internal glass ??????

£130.....its a 2 hour job at the most(probably more like  90 mins).......

Quick gutter clear
Spray roof with virosol
Scrub and rinse til clean

I probably wouldn't get the job either......I wouldn't want to do it for any less though so sod em......
price higher/work harder!

On second thoughts I wouldn't take the job on....(awkward access on the left hand side of the roof)

Back of the roof sloping towards the house too....no thanks.

Also I've noticed it looks like you have to go through the front of the house to access the backs(unless theres a back gate?).....it also would be tricky to clean the right hand side of the roof unless you could pole it from next door and then you d have to do it from a ladder.....

Yep Id refuse it for sure... ;D
