My lever eliminated the loop some years ago but it never took off , hardly surprising really as it was pretty pants

As much as it pains me to say , I actually bought the Unger one not realising it was only really beneficial to hose outside the pole users , and even then could not be used while extending the pole !
So I guess I copied them but made it more compact

I use gorilla tape on the metal rectus fittings. which I renew every now and again and just drag it. Totally hands free

So this is what you like to know??
Anyway  if you do not want your hose fitting to drag on the ground or hook up on things.
Coil extra hose from  connection  to pole .
Put on purpose made hook devise on belt.
Hose is held on by strip of Velcro.  so not to fall off.
Or the hose connection from dragging on the ground.

Relating to the water control valve he is using on there belt and works as good as our set up.
But this one we have it attached to the belt differently  otherwise the  water valve ball switch works the same as any other.
Just does not flop around on the belt.

NK over complicates it, you just need to put the reel hose though the holster keeping the tap about a foot or so in front of you
this means no wet legs, loops or the need to connect and disconnect the hose every time you pack away, just unclip the holster (2 seconds tops) wind in and go.

Like this picture only the reel hose will be where the tap is.

Even better - I’ve just converted to a “tubeless” system the connector fits just inside the butt cap - no connector dragging around no loops of hose and the best yet at the end of day I can store the pole without the 30ft of pole hose wrapped around it

Hmmm...

Bit of both  - it was brought for the slx but I maybe changing all the poles to ova-8.  - currently testing one out so I have diy fitted into the end of the pole - a bit like your first heater - needed some chopping about and a few trial and error fittings but working well just see if its up for day in day out use

C'mon HMAN - knock it on the head - you've now recycled this idea on here 2 or 4 times already, it's nothing new and is just something that complicates the issue

Holsters, taps, univalves, quick release fittings, handles with triggers etc..
all are already available and professionally made - each of the above have an advantage and disadvantage and more importantly suit different users needs ( no right or wrong )
but what your trying to peddle is tat ( sorry to say ) - I wonder if you have really ever done a days window cleaning because you fail to grasp what is needed
