House would be £30 4 wkly or 40 8 weekly and then £20 for the conservatory.   I price these jobs that way as some have the house cleaned every 4 weeks and the conny every 8 weeks.
(So £30 clean 1 and £50 every 2nd clean)

Can always rely on Nathan to massively over complicate an otherwise very straightforward job.

No complication mate if you know your area!
Many in my areas will not be happy to pay £50 every 4 weeks.  Whereas £30 every 4 weeks and conny every 8 wks is manageable and this works very well.   Yes it could be an 8 weekly job at 60 but i prefer to make £80 from the two cleans and thus every clean is a maintenance clean. Keeping it easy money.
This works well here, but each to their own

They wouldn’t be happy to pay 50 quid every 4 weeks hence I don’t clean anything 4 weekly, that house and conservatory bottom glass only is worth 50 all week long.

I wouldn’t want to clean 3 in a row like that for 30 each Nathan,I’d be losing at least 60 quid.
No wonder some huge window cleaning companies have got 1000s of customers they are all too cheap no wonder they keep there work, clean that from a ladder and ask for 30 quid when you are done we don’t use a ladder but we’ve most of us a lot more expenses nowadays I factor that in to my prices I wouldn’t want it for 30 if I got others up the road for twice that.

Totally agree that 30 for the whole thing is way too little. Sadly there are some who would charge this and less.  I went to charge quite a large property and priced at £100 per clean. Her jaw nearly hit the floor and when she said the previous lad did it for £30 my jaw hit the floor 🤦‍♂️

My £30 was for the house only and £50 including the conny windows (lol not roof!)

Mine doesn’t include the roof I’d do the first roof clean for 130 then 80 from then onwards roughly.

Another thing I don’t agree with is having a price list on a website 4-5 bed houses for 27-30 quid,I’d like to see the business owner knocking them out for that price lol bung an extra 5 quid on for a conservatory etc.

Nathan could knock out 35 of them with conservatory in a day so at  £50 to £60 a pop  we have a new CIU daily earnings record, I knew it was only a matter of time before Nathan took this record. Lol.

I know you like your 4 weekly jobs Nathan but you’d earn far more doing them less often for more money,if you were completing the same amount of jobs just think how much more you’d be earning.

Yep, as ive said many a times i offer 4 or 8 wkly prices. So i mentioned on this pic, that it would be £40 every 8 wkly with £20 on top for the conny windows, so £60 every 8 wks if they wanted.
