Cleaner Planner Issues.
« on: February 04, 2020, 12:18:17 pm »
I don't like to rely on cleaner planner telling me when jobs are due.  I have a 4 weekly system that rotates so i always know myself what work is due.  The feature that cleaner planner has to tell you when a job is due for me is just a bonus really usually if a clean gets missed or skipped for any reason.

However sometimes i notice that the "due" date is totally off at times and i dont know why.

I have a 12 weekly commercial job that was last done on 11/12/19 and cleaner planner is saying the job is now due on 13/02/2020.  Which is 9 weeks and also not on the same day that it should be on normally.  The job really isn't due until 04/03/2020.

Anyone else had weird issues like this happen?  This is not the first time this has happened to me its probably happed dozens of times too be honest.  Maybe im doing something wrong?

Could be a couple of things.
Is the job set on an 12 weekly cleaning schedual?
Do you have your settings set so jobs can be cleaned on any day? For me my jobs are set for Mon through to Fri. So if a jobs next due date was to fall on a Sat it would move it to the following Monday.
Was the last time the job was cleaned done on the day it was due? If not, if the job was done a few days late you have the option in your settings for it to be scheduled 12 weeks from the date it was actually cleaned or 12 weeks from when it should have been cleaned, you may want to check how you have your jobs are scheduled if not cleaned exactly when there due.

Yeah, probably that.

Spanner > Settings > Schedule Next Due From > Date actually done.

Just checked my settings and the job has been done on time and its always from set schedule from date actually done.  So i cant figure out why a 12 weekly job is coming in at 9 weeks?  Ive had this happen loads i dont get it.  This is why i dont rely on cleaner planner to know when im supposed to do jobs.  I work it out seperately myself.

P.S job is set on a 12 weekly.

You need to email support and explain to them

Because that's not how it works cleanerplanner tells you when and where to be
