How many times do you get one of these jobs when you can earn more than you normally would do,I would say not very often if your regular work is priced right.
When you are cleaning it you may be doing thinking this is a right touch for this amount,thing is you could probably be earning the same over the course of the day doing your usual work.

It doesn't bother me. Provided its priced to be worth my time and I haven't gone out of my way then its not an issue. Its all money to me, why wouldn't I  ?

What you on about most of your work is ‘ad-hoc’. You admittedly turn up to 8 weekly jobs 6 weeks late on a regular basis. 😂
