Seems a fair price assuming it takes no more than 1.5 hours which it definitely shouldn’t.

I’d want paying up front for any first clean / one off, no exceptions.

It’s a bit top heavy but if you mint it up so it looks like new then the clients will happily pay it.
I always wipe down the guttering on the conservatory so it’s all’s done

That conny roof will be a pain to clean........as theres very little fall on the roof......so did you charge £25 for windows and £50 for the roof?

That job will take around 90 mins to clean from pulling up to driving off.....I would charge similar but I'm up north......
price higher/work harder!

Actually the conny roof will be easier than I thought as you can stand on the little brick wall while you pole it......

If i didnt have any other work around the area, i dont think i would touch it. What have they said about the price.
To be fair, if i was quoting i would also give them a price to tidy the whole house up.

The only thing you could do to tidy that house up would involve knocking the whole thing down.

I think the price probably was fair. I wouldn’t want to do it full stop. Didn’t think they’d go for it though. Place looks a dump. They wanted it cheap as chips & probably think you’re desperate.

They say if you start getting every job you quote then you’re too cheap.
