You can’t just say that without evidence of said sites being on page one... let alone you just have a random number on an open plate form and no back ground to who this “Mike Smith” is.

If you do a Google search for that telephone number you’ll see how many sites this guy has made for himself. It has to be at least 20. I guess if youve got that many websites some of them are bound to end up on the first page of Google. Thats not good SEO, thats just numbers. They’ll all fall off eventually, theres nothing noteworthy about any of that.

I'd recommend Gav at Thrivewp - https://thrivewp.com/cleaning-business-website-design/     who actually specialises in smart, low cost, optimised websites for cleaning businesses,  plus hosting and an excellent ongoing support and maintenance plan for about £30 a month. - all site owners need proper security and protection in place against hacking and random malware crawling the web.
I've had my site done twice with dodgy links being added for viagra and online medicines. If Google pick up on this you will take a real hit in the rankings and it's a permanent black mark against your site. Google takes a very dim view of hacked sites and looks at it as a trust issue, i.e. lack of adequate website protection / maintenance in place.
But you can recover from it and get back up the SERPS but better to never get in that position. Since moving to Gav's hosting his servers load my site faster (a known ranking factor for SEO and impatient customers demand fast loading sites) and my site has been totally secure with multiple layers of security protection in place - bargain at 30 quid a month.

Thanks for your feedback regarding web pages. I'm currently deciding whether or not to renew my Checkatrade contract.  It's getting quite expensive now and although i do get work from it i was wondering if a web site like you mentioned may be as good or even better. Not being personal but do you get good results from this recommended web page please.
