Northen tools do a lance with a gutter bit on the end, your need a pressure washer but that will reach over the conservatory roofs. Instead of getting a full on wfp system get a cheap pole and brush and use the tap supply outside. Then buff up with a dry app. on a pole they will come up great.

Where are you in Lincolnshire, if you have enough jobs I may be interested in coming to help you, I am in Spalding and would be willing to travel a reasonable distance as long as there was a decent wage there for a days work after you have taken your cut!!

  Let me know.

Andy,

Read this thread - it should answer a lot of your questions.  Its an inexpensive piece of kit and does a good job.

If you have any more questions I know there are now a few of us on this site who use this and other branded gutter cleaning tools.
