Varistream problem
« on: January 10, 2020, 11:12:16 pm »
Hi, has anyone had a problem with varistream, where it powers on ok but the pump won't run? (just makes a click
No error code on the controller, normal numerical display, with a flashing green little LED
Tried it on another pump with same result..
both pumps work connected straight to the battery
Fixable, or time to replace?

Doesn't the flashing green light indicate low battery power?

I'm not sure, but the battery is fine if I bypass the controller?

Try it on a different battery. Varistreams are programmed to cut out when the voltage across the terminals drops to 10.4v.  The battery will still power a pump on its own below that voltage for a short period.
