It’s supposed to be a new machine allegedly developed by Dr Rauwald .  In reality it is a copy of the   Klindex Maxi Quadra

In reply to your question the Maxi Quadra Cleans and Sands Floors  brilliantly, I cannot comment on the Oszilla. We have been selling the Maxi Quadra for 4 years+.  The Oszilla is also more expensive.
