Perhaps more for ones who have kids /remember having kids lol,
Hate holidays as your routines go out the window, but ive enjoyed not working for 2 wks and getting up late etc......yet im some what glad that the kids go back to school today and im back at work but,,, it feels too early, i want my pillow lol!

Hows everyone else who's first day back is today?  You itching to get stuck back in or dragging your heels somewhat like I am

Well I didn't want to get up this morning but feel OK now

You can't win in this life, work and you want to be at home. Have 2 weeks off and you want to be at work.

I know what you mean, Nate.
I look forward to the time off but when it comes I sometimes struggle with the lack of routine.
I'm a naturally lazy person but I become irritable when I'm idle for too long and I don't get any fresh air.
It doesn't help that I'm not a morning person either.
I'd make a NY's resolution but they don't work  ::)roll.
I've done a couple of half days over the holidays but I'm back today after doing the school run and another cup of tea  :-\.
It's been said that many mental conditions (all of us, on here) improve by having a routine.

ive felt like crap for weeks now due to a nasty bug/chest infection but being out in the fresh air and getting back to work the last 2 days has helped my mood tremendously despite not sleeping properly lately due to coughing......👍

I had the same thing just before Christmas Dazmond. I used Beconase. The nasal spray for hay fever etc. A nurse told me it would help no end and she was right. Felt absolutely worn out for three/four weeks.
