Invoicing with Aworka.
« on: December 30, 2019, 01:22:51 pm »
Is it possible to invoice a customer with Aworka in the same manner you can send them a text, BUT to time the invoice for later in the day somehow?

I want to invoice some customers when I finish but don't want them to know or think the job was completed by a certain time in the course of the day.

Simply don’t confirm the job as being “done” on Aworka until the end of the working day. That way the invoice will arrive in there in box that evening.

In the customer details on main aworka, go down to 'Payment'. Select 'Email Invoice'. In the dropdown alongside it select 'After each job'.

Once synced you won't need to select anything in the app other than mark the job as done as usual.

In my experience the email invoice will go out in the early hours of the following morning. You won't be able to schedule to an exact time though.

Nice one. Thankyou Simon.
