whats your new years resolution regarding work
« on: December 29, 2019, 10:21:31 am »
I've decided to put a bit more effort in the new year must admit I've lost my mojo with window  cleaning, so starting to research other types of cleaning so its gonna be a busy time for me in the coming months .

Additional services is one way to beat the boredom of cleaning glass and expand your business.
Ive recently made some changes to how i work and have made a 2 year plan to expand my business further than I already have.

ive never failed to earn more money year on year for over 10 years now....this year was close though due to having more holidays and time off......a price rise in april should ensure that it continues.......
price higher/work harder!

1.work no more than 30 hours a week(including admin,chasing debts,end of the day jobs,equipment maintenance,etc)

2.keep refining my work and charging a bit more for newer jobs....dropping messers and PITA jobs

3.no weekend working(i think i only worked one saturday over the last 12 months! ;D)
price higher/work harder!

Spend less time on Cleanitup reading about window cleaners with nothing better to do than talk about windowcleaning during the festive break!
