Commercial Window Cleaning job...How Much to Charge?
« on: December 17, 2019, 09:20:42 am »

Hi all, I know this isn't the best picture....but the glass on the side of the building is pretty much the same as the back and the opposite side.

How much would you charge for window cleaning?

PS I'm in the Northwest....

Looks like a very easy half day to me if it’s a regular monthly clean. (External only)

If it’s local and I could tie it in with jobs nearby I’d charge half of my day rate.

If it’s not local I’d put a full day on it but wouldn’t expect to win it.

How much would you charge for window cleaning?

PS I'm in the Northwest....

one-off £260 +VAT
quarterly £180 + VAT
8 weekly £120 + VAT

i haven't checked anyone else before quoting thought I'd go on blind...

this is on the basis that as an 8 weekly job it'd take one man less than 90 min (inc travel)

So you’d get 6-8 of these done in a day then? Good luck with that.

I was just checking to see if I was in the right ball park.

Thanks !

I agree with Richard iSparkle too.
It's a game of three halves!
